- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Collaborate with managers to determine hiring needs.
- Utilize social media and online job boards for candidate sourcing.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
